![]() ![]() Dad ran the projector and mom sold tickets and concessions. He and Joycelyn worked in the Lewiston Community Theatre for 30 yrs. After retiring from the Church, they were not ready to sit still, so they found a job at White Pine Elementary School in Richmond, Utah and worked there until they finally retired for good.ĭad was service minded, you could find him flipping burgers on the 4th of July for the American Legion, or coaching boys city league baseball. He and Joycelyn worked for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He became a full-time dairy farmer in Lewiston with his Father, Harold, and later with his son Richard. He worked for the Amalgamated Sugar Company in Lewiston until it closed in 1972. Upon returning from Korea he married his High School sweetheart Joycelyn Heaps in the Logan Temple. His unit was called to active duty in August of that year and was sent to Korea. He enjoyed bird hunting and sports, especially football and baseball.ĭad graduated from North Cache High School in 1950 and joined the National Guard. ![]() He grew up working on the family dairy farm in Lewiston, Utah. ![]() ![]() Charles Robert Wood was born in Logan, Utah on Augto Harold Gilbert Wood and Elna Ivie. On Apour loving father, Charles Robert Wood, passed away at home with his family around him. ![]()
